Meet Dana Cifone — hospitality lifer, operator, and your brutally honest guide through the beautiful chaos of the service industry.

 

With a career spanning corporate restaurants, hotels, and her very own concepts (yep, conceptualized, designed, and operated), Dana knows the business from every angle. She’s led teams, opened doors, dealt with chaos in heels, and somehow still loves this beautifully dysfunctional industry enough to talk about it — unfiltered — on a mic.

 

With years of experience across every corner of the industry (and a sixth sense for sniffing out BS), Dana created Table Touch Notes to get past the polished stories and into the gritty, hilarious, and very real world of hospitality. She knows the pressure, the passion, the people — and she’s not afraid to ask the questions that actually matter.
